The Zagreb Wedding Fair shone this past weekend in the gallery-style Pavilion 5 of the Zagreb Fair (Zagrebački velesajam), marking its largest and most visited edition to date. As the region's most original and lavish wedding-themed event, now in its 27th year, it gathered over 200 exhibitors from the wedding industry across 6,500 m2, presenting the best of the best from the world of weddings. Spectacular fashion shows brought true fashion magic, revealing must-have bridal trends for the upcoming season, signed by renowned bridal salons and local designers.

Famous ladies — Isabella Rakonić, Nikolina Minovska, Maja Cvjetković, Ines Goda Forjan, Marija Klanac, Ivana Mišković, Kristina Čirjak, Ivana Ivanda Rožić, and Dubravka Švegar — dazzled at the Zagreb Wedding Fair charity fashion show held at the Zagreb Fair. In their roles as models, they walked the runway in creations by bridal salons and designers – Vesna Sposa, Nikolina Wedding Store, Nancy Bridal, and Schapé Design. The gala show was "spiced up" by a musical performance from the singer who holds the title of the king of first-dance songs – Jacques Houdek. With his beautiful vocal performances of romantic songs, he delighted all present and drew more than a few tears of joy. Even more importantly, alongside local stars, he offered support to the Association of physicians, healthcare personnel, and parents of children with congenital heart defects – Big Heart for a Little Heart (Veliko srce malom srcu).

The traditional humanitarian campaign of the Zagreb Wedding Fair was also supported by numerous exhibitors — bridal fashion salons and designers, goldsmiths and jewelers, florists and confectioners, catering houses, photographers, decorators, and others — providing rich prizes for the donation raffle, which saw a great response from visitors. In addition to raising funds for medical equipment and the development of pediatric cardiology, the campaign aims to raise public awareness about the difficulties and challenges faced by children with congenital heart diseases and their parents. This coincides with the global celebration of the Heart Festival (February 7–14) or World Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week.
